The goal of these small group sessions will be to provide more individualized coaching to each athlete to ensure they are maximizing the effectiveness of each session.
Our training focuses on mastering the foundations of speed and agility. We do this by refining sprint mechanics, enhancing explosiveness, honing agility, and increasing top-end speed.

JOHN IS A HINSDALE NATIVE AND PLAYED COLLEGE FOOTBALL AT NORTH CENTRAL COLLEGE IN NAPERVILLE, IL. HE WORKED AT THE CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS TRAINING FACILITY BEFORE OPENING HIS OWN GYM IN NAPLES, FL. HE LOVES HELPING ATHLETES REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND GET BETTER AT THEIR CRAFT.
LUKE JUST FINISHED SCHOOL AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA WHERE HE WAS AN ALL-CONFERENCE KICK RETURN SPECIALIST. HE JUST COMPLETED A LOCAL PRO DAY WITH THE CHICAGO BEARS. HE WILL BE JOINING LAIDLAW ELEMENTARY THIS FALL AS A PE TEACHER, AND HE WILL COACH FOOTBALL AT HINSDALE CENTRAL.
